I have some good (and some bad) news for the people who did not win, but want the plate. The plate is now available in few web shops.
The plate is visible in Konad UK web shop, but you cannot buy it separately from there. Instead, you have to buy something for £50, and then you get it. Sorry guys!
Finnish Konad retailer Cesarsshop seems to be able to sell the plate, but the price is 10€. Good news is that they ship to other countries. You need to contact them separately for it, their mail is: cesarsshop@welho.com
We are sorry that the plate is not easier to get and is quite expensive. But we are still very happy we got this opportunity to get the plate published.

I wrote to Satu, the owner of Cesearsshop, inquiring about the plate and she said that it would be fine to order directly from the site without first emailing. Simply click the UK flag and this will switch the language to english. If you are ordering 1-3 plates select "Letter" shipping for only 1 euro and if you are ordering > 3 plates you will have to choose the "toimitus EU:n sisalli" method for 17.70 euros. Either way the seller is super friendly and it will be relatively easy to purchase here. Visa or Mastercard only payments. Happy shopping!

ReplyDeleteHey ladies I just wanted to let you know that I spoke with Satu the owner of Cesearshop and she let me know that if you are only buying 1-3 plates you select the "toimitus kirjeenä" method basically letter in english and it is only 1 euro the 17.70 euro price is for > 3 plates etc. These were her words ver batim and she was super nice! I posted up about the printing and all of this on my blog but since I'm a new blogger I don't have members yet and thought I should let you know since I'm a long time fan and follower of this blog! Congrats to all the winners too!

ReplyDeleteI tried again, but I only see headers for followers and members. Normally there is a button on top of the panel where the followers are shown, but I cannot see that on yours.
I am not an old blogger myself, so I cannot give any advice what could be wrong.
Hiya I just wanted to post another quick update. My final cost USD was $15 to get the plate. I felt that was pretty fair and it will be here in about 2 weeks because of customs and whatnot. I think this is the better buy for US based consumers though just to let you know I have spoken with a US konad supplier to see if that can procure the plate and they will let me know. If you still want join my blog click follow at the top or make sure the page is fully loaded since the google connect button is now visible and working (I figured it out after posting on the q&a forum) and join that way. The button is not at the top of the bar it's directly under it because I have no member yet. Take care and I'll let you know when the plate arrives.

ReplyDeleteI'm all right, but I have not done any konading for a long time.
We were planning to turn this into a regular nail-art blog after what happened, but Iso-K has not been doing much nails later either. So we decided it's better to just let it be. It's better to keep the blog quiet than to do it half-hearted and fill it with crap :)
If we get some interesting news or happen to create some manicures worthwile showing to you, we of course will update.
